THE RATES INCLUDE:

• Accommodation on per night in the room type specified.
• Breakfast
• Complimentary Wi-Fi.

THE RATES EXCLUDE:

• Arrival and / or departure transfers unless booked
• Expenses of personal nature like laundry, room service, any meals (except buffet breakfast), bar, telephone etc.
• Anything not specifically mentioned as included above.
• GST

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Limited number of rooms has been blocked at each hotel on these special tariffs and, is available on first-come-first served basis.
• Complete Payment for the room reservation to be paid in advance at the time of booking the accommodation.
• Standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to concerned hotel’s policy in this matter. The policy may be different from hotel to hotel.
• Neither the 14AFAF conference organizers nor MEC9 are responsible for quality of accommodation & other services provided by the respective hotels. If any dispute arises with the hotels must be settled directly.

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MEC-9 to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
