TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Limited number of rooms has been blocked at each hotel on these special tariffs and, is available on first-come-first served basis.
• Complete Payment for the room reservation to be paid in advance at the time of booking the accommodation.
• Standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to concerned hotel’s policy in this matter. The policy may be different from hotel to hotel.
• Neither the STESSA 2026 conference organizers nor MEC9 are responsible for quality of accommodation & other services provided by the respective hotels. If any dispute arises with the hotels must be settled directly.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MEC-9 to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
